Carla is so fun and interactive. Even thought the class is through Zoom she still has such an amazing energy that it feels like she’s right there with you cheering you on!! I like that it’s a quick 30 minutes but it’s also intense enough that you definitely get a great workout in. So happy to have this option during Covid time!

Bolt Burn provides a no-nonsense workout that is seriously over before you know it. Over the course of the week, BB workouts are curated to full body strength, mobility, functional balance, cardio, isometric holding- you name it, Carla is doing it. Bolt Burn workouts are designed with whole body integration in mind. Carla's energy is unmatched and in 30 minutes, I am pushed to answer a higher call for myself and my fitness. BB has it all ✨

As a former professional athlete I was used to workouts that would push me mentally and physically. I got used to the convenience of having my workouts planned out for me and having top strength coaches train me. But my favorite part of it all was the community me and my teammates felt we had every time we stepped foot into the weight room. We would spend hours in the weight room enjoying the work because of the people we were accomplishing it with.
Since my playing days I feel like I have been in a constant search of a workout that would give me a strong community, push me, and a trainer that I could trust. For so long I would bounce from workout to workout and now with the realization that I do not have all day to train I am looking for something quick while still challenging me.
Bolt Burn is THE first workout that I have found that captures everything I am looking for. Since Carla uses video conferencing to stream her workouts I can workout from the comfort of my home or wherever I decide to for the day. However, this is not your everyday steaming workout. The music during the workouts are electric and always on point for the exercise at hand. Carla does a great job engaging with the people by giving multiple versions of the exercise that will cater specifically to you. She coaches you with live feedback and 30 minutes is all Carla needs to improve your overall fitness and health. She is always finding ways to make her community better. Whether it be weekly Flash Reports, which lets you know what muscle groups you worked on or having dedicated classes to raise money for great causes. Bolt Burn has inspired and has shown me that together we can have an impact on something bigger than ourselves.
