About Carla

I want to take full advantage of the time that I have on this earth. I want to be able to run marathons when I am 60 and ski when I am 80. Not only do I want to do that but I want others to be able to do that. My focus is not necessarily on lifespan but on healthspan. I know that there are plenty of things I can’t control that could impede me from achieving these things. However, it's about the process, not the endgame.

I believe that movement is medicine. When was the last time you regretted a workout?

However, oftentimes our health is put on the back burner for other things in our lives and I get it. This is why I created Bolt Burn. Minimal equipment. Minimal time. Removing these points of friction leads to consistency and consistency leads to results. It’s as simple as that.

I am a fitness enthusiast, marathon runner, Progressive Calisthenics Certified Instructor, USATF Level 1 Run Coach and ACE certified group fitness instructor on a mission to give everyone accessibility to fitness. Bolt Burn is a no bullshit approach to training that gives you a complete workout that you can easily fit into your life. The key to a successful workout routine is accessibility and consistency. I created Bolt Burn to tackle both.
