Strong AF Program

This four-week program will help you get STRONG using just one set of heavy weights.

Throughout the program, you can expect to build strength, solidify movement patterns and get comfortable using dumbbells. Each 30-minute class is programmed in a specific order so you can get the most out of the workout. There are lower-body, upper-body, core, and full-body focused classes. 

Complete Core

In this program, we will work our core through strength, HIIT, sculpt, and cardio classes. This 4-week program goes beyond crunches and sit-ups and works your entire body while adding a focus on your abs.

This package will guide you through each day so that you don't even have to think. Just show up and crush it. The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat, light weights (1-3lbs), 2 dishtowels (for sliding), and a mini resistance band.

STRONG AF: TWO WEEK PROGRAM

2 Week Core Challenge

Can you commit to two weeks of workouts? ABSolutely!

The challenge with fire up your core and ignite your motivation to commit to yourself. 

Crush 6 workouts in two weeks to complete the challenge.

Ignite Full Body Program

We are turning up the heat in our IGNITE four-week on-demand program. 

Expect to complete FIVE sweat-dripping cardio or strength-building classes per week that increase in intensity. Perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger and sweat (a lot). This program will improve your strength, power, and cardio capacity by the end.

The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat, light weights (1-3lbs), and a mini resistance bands.

Booty Burn

In this program, we will work our glutes through strength, HIIT, sculpt, and cardio classes. This 4-week program goes beyond donkey kicks and glute bridges and works your entire body while adding a focus on your glutes.

The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat, light weights (1-3lbs), 2 dishtowels (for sliding), and a mini resistance band.
